While we were apartment searching in Sacramento we were informed by a tenant (not the staff) that we would have to share some of the grounds with unwanted visitors. What unwanted visitors? Apparently there were regular visits by wild turkeys that would roam the grounds and follow people around on the side walks. We had to drive slow out of the complex so as not to run any over.
